Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the chair and place all components into the original shipping box to ensure the product is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location for processing.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
